Hematogenix is currently looking to expand its market reach and is looking for experienced Oncology Sales Specialists.
Responsible for planning, organizing and promoting Hematogenix through targeted sales activities to achieve sales growth goals within a specified geography.
Implements and achieves sales goals and targeted projects as directed by management.
Maintains detailed records of all sales activities and routinely provides updated 30-60-90 day close information in CRM.
Researches customer needs and applies technical knowledge to meet customer requests.
Understands and supports sales policies and procedure to facilitate sales and superior customer service.
Submits appropriate paperwork to management in accordance with training procedure -- expense reports, client set up forms etc.
Understands and supports company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers to foster the development of long term business relationships.
Assists and resolves customer issues in a timely manner—notifies management of problems and suggest corrective actions/solutions.
Collects and reports competitive information to management.
Institutes appropriate financial controls to maximize sales ROI.
Assists in the training of co-workers and participates in team projects as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have comfort and experience interacting with key strategic accounts, thought leaders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in their respective territory. Relationships with other healthcare executives in the oncology and pathology markets are also key to success. Familiar with laboratory / Personalized Medicine / MDx industry.
The successful candidate will have an accomplished track record in closing complex sells within an organization. History of success maintaining key relationships, demonstrated ability to drive strategic sales/marketing solutions, demonstrated ability to execute sales strategy focusing on profitable sales growth while maintaining and maximizing existing customer relationships resulting in increased market share.
You must be able to produce quickly while functioning in a highly competitive market.
